Market Overview

  • Season: May 9 – September 19, 2026

  • Day & Time: Saturdays

    • Vendor Setup: Begins at 8:00 AM

    • Market Hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

  • Location: Downtown Lawrenceburg Green Space

  • Weather: Rain or shine

Vendor Eligibility

  • The Lawrenceburg Farmers Market is a farmers and makers market.

  • All products must be grown, produced, or handmade by the vendor.

  • Prohibited items include:

    • Secondhand goods

    • Flea market, garage sale, or thrifted items

    • Resale or mass-produced items

  • Food vendors must comply with Tennessee Cottage Food/Kitchen Laws.

  • Vendor applications are reviewed by the Market Committee, and we will make reasonable efforts to limit direct competition among vendors.

Application & Approval

  • Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

  • All vendors must be approved before participating.

  • Final approval decisions are made by the Market Committee.

  • Returning seasonal vendors receive:

    • First choice of vendor locations

    • Priority placement over weekly vendors

Vendor Fees & Payment

  • Seasonal vendors pay their fee upfront.

  • Weekly vendors may participate as space allows and must pay the morning of the market.

  • Seasonal vendors receive $20 off the regular rate.

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including weather.

  • Payments are processed through Zeffy. Approved vendors will receive a payment link.

Booths, Setup & Appearance

  • Standard booth size is 10’ x 10’.

  • Tents are highly encouraged.

  • Weights are required for all tents.

    • NO metal stakes are allowed in the ground.

  • Vendors are responsible for their own booth setup and decorations.

Arrival, Setup & Breakdown

  • Seasonal vendors: May arrive at 8:00 AM

  • Weekly vendors: May arrive at 8:15 AM

  • All vendors must be fully set up by 9:00 AM.

  • Vehicles may park temporarily along the green space for unloading.

    • All vehicles must be moved and parked in a side or back lot

    • No later than 8:45 AM

    • Vehicles may not remain on the main square during market hours

  • Early breakdown is NOT permitted, unless the vendor has completely sold out.

  • Seasonal vendor attendance requirement:

    • Seasonal vendors must arrive by 8:30 AM, or

    • Notify the Market Manager by 8:30 AM if running late or unable to attend

    • Failure to do so may result in the vendor’s space being given to another vendor for that day

Vendor Spaces

  • Seasonal vendors select and are assigned spaces.

  • Weekly vendors are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, as space allows.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

  • Generators are prohibited unless prior approval is granted by the Market Manager.

  • Prohibited items include:

    • Weapons

    • Secondhand goods

    • Resale items

Conduct & Enforcement

  • Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, professional manner.

  • The market operates with a chill but firm approach to enforcement.

  • Violations may result in one warning.

  • Continued or serious violations may result in removal from the market without refund.

  • Enforcement may be carried out by the Market Manager, Co-Manager, or a Committee Member.

Weather, Cancellations & Communication

Marketing & Media

  • The market may use vendor photos, booth images, and product photos for promotional and marketing purposes.

  • Vendors are not required to promote the market but are encouraged to do so.

Additional Policies

  • Music at booths: Not permitted

  • Samples: Strongly encouraged (must comply with TN laws)

  • Pets: Welcome (bring on the doggies 🐶)
